How far in advance should I order?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability. A $15 Rush-fee option is offered for orders placed within 24-48 hours of the desired date.

What is your cancelation policy ion Policy

Boards, Boxes, Cups, & Gather Moments (Letters/Numbers):
All offerings are made to order using fresh, premium ingredients and require advance preparation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable.

Gather Spreads:
Due to the scale and planning involved, grazing spreads require more notice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled event are non-refundable.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your date, which is non-refundable once planning and ingredient sourcing begins.

What is your refund policy?

Because each Gather North offering is custom-crafted and made fresh to order, we are unable to offer full refunds for cancellations made within the specified window.

Boards, Boxes, Cups & Gather Moments:
Orders canceled with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Gather Spreads:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled date are non-refundable, as each board is prepared fresh and made to order using premium ingredients.

We are unable to issue refunds for:
• No-shows or missed pickups
• Last-minute changes in guest count or preferences
• Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information

We truly value your support and will always do our best to accommodate reschedules or credit toward a future event when possible.

Do you offer gluten-free or dietary accommodations?

Absolutely. Just let us know your preferences or restrictions in your order form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
